We needed somebody to look at a sump pump. Not a lot of plumbers in the area work with those. He assessed the issue, let us know that it had been built poorly to begin with (well-meaning friends and a partner who wanted to save money.) He let us know how to best rebuild, then was finished promptly. He followed up to make sure it was working well.
