He did a good job repairing a back door, went above and beyond to get the job done and made sure the door worked properly before leaving. Also made sure the door looked great and repaired cosmetic issues.

Shaun did an excellent job repairing my fence. He was on time, very communicative and very competitive in pricing. I live in DC and own a home in Pflugerville, TX and we were able to work together remotely. It was a smooth transaction and I already having him working on another project for me.

We enlisted the handyman services of Shaun Gutierrez towards the end of May, to do some make-ready work in our home in Pflugerville we had put up for sale. This included touch-up paint, some trimming of bushes and trees and cleanup of the landscaping in the backyard, and fixing an area of fence line that had been leaning over onto our side, as well as readjusting one side of a back gate that would not close easily. Shaun showed up on time and not only took care of all of these items, he also included high quality pictures of his work. The work he did on the leaning fence line was so good it looks like it's going to last for many years, and almost looked like a brand new fence. The touch-up paint on the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry was high quality.

He made it such a good experience because we're in a whole other state and area of the country, and managing the home from a distance is already challenging enough. The pictures Shaun provided made me feel like I was standing there in the room or in the backyard, looking at the work. He was also very thorough with matching the paint on interior walls of the home, to a T, precisely. He also did some caulking in the bathrooms that needed to be done simply because he said it was the right thing to do. Shaun did fine work and we are happy to have been customers of his services. I feel like he could've charged more for all the work he did. He was a great bargain. I'm glad to support his business and would recommend him to anyone who needs work done in their home, even if it's not being put up for sale.
