- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable for this industry. I typically charge less than the large tax preparation companies and accounting forms. I do not charge for every entry I make on a return. I charge based on the category.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients on a personal level. They are not just another return for me. I know people are not necessarily trusting of a stranger but I can assure you that any questions I ask are to help you with your taxes and to get to know you as a person. I am not being nosy and I am not a gossip. Everything you share with me remains confidential.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold accounting and law degrees which helps me research issues and understand the tax laws. I have required continued education and I always exceed the minimum because this is an ever changing field.
