Jesse showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was very thoughtful of our home and keeping everything clean. He replaced an angle valve under the kitchen sink and also reversed water lines in another sink. I would highly recommend Beyond Wow to anyone needing this type of service.

Brock came out the next day after I scheduled a visit from a water heater breaking down after 20yrs.Brock was super courteous and respectful, very knowledgeable about everything, couldnt of had a better experience, he go here at 840am and left at 12pm, thats addressing the issue, going to get the replacement tank and coming back to install in that time span.Even gave me some tips on how to fix some of my old faucets (since its an older house)Excellent job

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe you should know what to expect before any work begins. Our licensed and trained plumbers will assess your needs, explain your options and provide upfront pricing for your approval. We charge a $75 dispatch fee, which is waived when you move forward with an estimate the same day. We also offer financing and additional savings for Comet Care Club members.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with listening. Our customer service team will ask a few questions about what you’re experiencing and schedule a time that works for you. We’ll let you know when your plumber is on the way. Once onsite, your plumber will assess the problem, explain your options and provide upfront pricing. Nothing moves forward without your approval, and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are licensed, highly trained professionals who receive ongoing training on plumbing systems, products and best practices. Our entire team also follows our Gold Collar Standard, emphasizing technical expertise, professionalism, clear communication and exceptional customer care.
