FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Most jobs start with a free estimate, so you know exactly what to expect. Troubleshooting services, however, fall under a diagnostic service and the fee starts at $199. We offer discounts for first-time customers, military, senior citizens, educators and first responders and any additional costs—like parts or travel—are always discussed before work begins. We accept all major forms of payment and are committed to delivering top-quality service at a fair price.
