As a local owner of a General Contracting business, I do most of the work myself. Occasionally on big jobs that have a time limit, I will hire the respected people for each of the job (picking up licensed people to assure that you the customer, and I the business owner, are in the best shape) to get everything done for you! Having little to no overhead costs keep my job bids/estimates to you minimal and are typically quite flexible, yet nowhere near the big company prices, you will still get written receipts, warranties, and complete satisfaction! I love everything about my job! I enjoy doing all kinds of work and get a thrill out of trying new jobs. If you request a job that I am fully confident in doing, but have not done before, I will let you know before hand of my experiences in that area, as well as more than likely giving you an exceptional deal (and still written receipt/etc) on that particular job! (However, there are not many areas in which I am not well experienced in!)
