My name is Kevin Costello and I own and operate Costello’s Curbside Cuts Mobile Dog Grooming. I have been professionally grooming for 8 years and “hobby grooming” for 11. I began Costello’s Curbside Cuts in 2019. After working at several shops through the years I became fed up with prices that do not match the final product. I never cut corners and always focus on quality and safety. Patience and a soft gentle hand go a long way when grooming dogs with varying backgrounds. I believe in quality with a fair price and a commitment to value your dog as much as you do.

Quick response and was able to get me in that weekend. All I can say is, AWESOME JOB!! Its like I got a new dog! Never had a dog that needed professional grooming (pitbulls, ect). I didn't even know how bad my rescues hair was until Kevin worked his magic!!! He was so gentle and nice to her, I was nervous because she's older (10+). She's so soft and happy now!!

We are so happy to have Costellos , our first time going Mobile and the experience with him and our 2 girls Lola and Monkey he was the Most generous person expecially with our furr Babies , he was on time and he took his time on grooming and there look was so beautifull. We Definatley will have him as our Groomer . What you pay is what you get . and it was worth it ...🐶🐒 TOP QUALITY... Thank you soo much.

Kevin is AMAZING! He responds quickly and gives details on what his pricing includes. My pittie gets stressed when people touch her paws, but Kevin was very patient and gentle with my dog I could tell that after the nail clipping my dog trusted and felt comfortable with him. Ive taken my dog to other groomers and have never gotten such great results/service. It is easy to tell that Kevin is very passionate about what he does and he truly loves and enjoys working with dogs and that's how you know you are getting excellent service; because that person is doing their job because they want to, they want to be there, doing what they're doing. Kevin will definitely be my go to grommer!

He did a great job with my rescue dog. First time for my 70 pound dog, and he got her cleaned and cut. He even trimmed her nails!! So hard to get done for us. I will use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I quote is the price you pay, no add on fees unless discussed with the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would ask for the breed and address, the type of service requested, and a time that would be most preferable for the customer. I will then send a quote with a price that will only change if discussed with customer. I would ensure the client has a current shot record and set an appointment. The night before day of appointment a text will be sent to the phone number provided asking for confirmation of appointment and time. Day of appointment I will call and ask that parking be available and discuss location of groom if no parking available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years experience, k9 CPR, lots of patience, love, and understanding.
