FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rarely are projects the same so I just work closely with my clients to help them get the best quality workmanship, while staying within the lines of the determined budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a meeting either at their home/jobsite or somewhere public and conduct a general get to know meet and greet. If we meet where the job can be evaluated I also do an evaluation of the job and answer any questions the customer would like to know.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing painting, drywall installation and repair, and general yard work off and on for the last 15 years. working directly with my uncle who has operated a home improvement/repair business since 1983 has taught me this- always do a job you can be proud to say is your work, and treat your clients home as if it was your own or even better. If someone trusts you to open their door and let you into their house, honor that trust with a job well done, respect and the same kindness they gave to you.
