- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a monthly training program, not a per workout (hourly) rate. Monthly training programs are designed to meet your needs. The actual monthly program price is dependent on the type of program desired including the number of 1 on 1 training sessions versus on your own training only.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients are looking for help in regaining their functional fitness levels or to be able to do the things they love. I've worked with clients from 13 to 70 years young. No matter what their end goal is, all were in need of help in organizing a plan and guidance on how to best reach their goals and maintain their new level of health and fitness.
