Introduction: All Training Programs and nutrition recommendations follow a client centered approach. Each monthly training plan is developed to specifically meet the client's goals and customized to match current fitness levels and adjusts as they improve. The plan will include trainer instructed sessions and on your own training sessions. Trainer instructed sessions last 45 minutes to 1 hour and the program provides for upto 4 trainer lead sessions per month. Helping people achieve their goals. Providing custom monthly plans help to teach them how to build the exercise and food relationship they want and need to match their busy life.

Lori Hazel is an awesome personal trainer! I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to help ya get yourself into better shape by doing exercises safely! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and also helpful by explaining the "why's", "how's" and "why not's" to the various exercise positions. I am very pleased with her style of training. And also affordable!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is based on a monthly training program, not a per workout (hourly) rate. Monthly training programs are designed to meet your needs. The actual monthly program price is dependent on the type of program desired including the number of 1 on 1 training sessions versus on your own training only.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Most of my clients are looking for help in regaining their functional fitness levels or to be able to do the things they love. I've worked with clients from 13 to 70 years young. No matter what their end goal is, all were in need of help in organizing a plan and guidance on how to best reach their goals and maintain their new level of health and fitness.
