- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluate pet owner's concerns. At what age and where was pet acquired? Who and why was this pet chosen? Who is primary care provider? Find out why they think their pet needs to be trained. What if any problems they are having with their pet(s) and what steps have been taken to correct those issues. Has the owner sought out advice from vegetarian or other training professionals What was their advice and why still shopping for help? What training devices have been advised or are being used? Is the owner teachable, committed to following trainer's methods and advice to accomplish a finished and desired result?.
