- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is sometimes difficult to give an exact price on a job without having seen the job first. I like to quote my bottom rate with a note saying so and offering to come look at your lawn and give final price at that time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like what I do. I never really liked working for someone else, so I decided to do this on my own.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I usually mow, edge the lawn, trim hedges. But I am not above doing any other projects a customer may have, such as haul off of junk/trash, small fix-it jobs, etc.
