- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on size, amount of matting and travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself to the client then the pet. I like to be allowed time to let the pet get to know me for a few minutes....as opposed to just grabbing them up and saying OK let's get this done. I work with a lot of rescues that have been through hell. I want to make the experience as enjoyable as possible for your pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the Grooming and Kennel Manager, for Forney Animal Hospital, for almost 4 years. I became interested in grooming and worked under a Master Groomer there. She taught me quite a bit, and I have picked up more since I left the hospital. I groom anywhere from 2 to 10 pets a week. I volunteer groom for a yorkie rescue as well, when they are looking to place a yorkie that has been fostered.
