Ismael and crew did a wonderful job on repairing my retaining wall. Price was absolutely fair and although I must say that I am skeptical giving anyone good reviews. Ismael did a great job on securing the retaining wall. Initially I did have a problem with communication and understanding the details but all said and done - I was impressed by the end results, warranty and options presented. I will definitely use Bustillo for future projects.

Ismael and his team did an AMAZING job! He helped me decide on the rocks to use and completed the job even better than I originally thought! We decided on replacing mulch with rocks to avoid having the rain wash the mulch away. He gave a very fair price. Thank you!

I got good value out of his work. Pros: 1. Charges very reasonable price. 2. Well-behaved and good attitude. Cons: 1. Huge language barrier (remediated on the job with the help of his daughter whom he brought to translate for him). 2. Estimation of work duration and material volume is poor (though I outsourced the entire labor and materials to him, I feel he could have done a far better job of estimating material and labor ) 3. If you are asking him to bring materials, he does not use good quality material (uses very average or rather poor quality material. Now I am not complaining about that much as he also charges proportional to that. He will not try to rip you apart.)

Never finished laying the grass in our backyard. When we contacted him several times he stated he would be back out but never showed. He also covered ALL of our sprinkler heads in the back yard with grass so we couldn’t water. My husband had to go out and dig them all out himself. He rushed the job and lots of things were missed, when we pointed it out, he tried to say it was not part of the original bid. Even though it was clearly what we asked for. He charged a lot for the work he did and it is very hard to communicate. I don’t think he has any training in landscaping, just seemed to make it up as he went.
