My toilet was leaking from the base. I texted him at 12 noon. He was at my home working at 12:30. He replaced the wax ring. Reset my toliet, cleaned up the mess. Wonderful job. Explained everything. Price was great. I have a few other things I want him to fix. Thanks again

My carpet was ruined from my toilet over flowing. Mr. Collins came that day and removed my wet carpet, placed fans on the area over night, and returned the following morning. He then put laminate wood flooring down. Mr. Collins was very polite and cleaned up after himself. I hired him to come back and replace my water heater next week. His prices are reasonable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system, I know that there are people that are on a strict budget, and a broken toilet was the last thing they had budget into there bills for that month. So I am very reasonable and will work with the client when it comes to pricing..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first meet with the client, and go over the project at hand. Find out exactly what there going for in look, and the things that they don't want..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working under a master plumber, and carpenter, for five yrs. Then started working with contractors until I eventually broke off to do my own work.
