Roy has an unique way of coaching. He taught me how to think of public speaking in a way i have never thought of before. His approach is engaging and tailored to my needs. Our first session is encouraging. I left with a feeling of success. I have scheduled follow up session with Roy. I'm planning on practicing with him on an on-gong basis.

Roy did a group 2 hour session with us. All of my co-workers found it very helpful and we loved his initial quote. He also provides written feedback and you do fun exercises throughout.
