Introduction

I assess the athlete and build the skills around the athlete's natural movement. I will teach the athlete how to commit proper technique to muscle memory. All athletes are assigned homework when I do not see them. My athletes work, but they have fun and learn. Watching my athletes improve and hearing about their success on their teams.

I couldn't get my athlete to even do the footwork after weeks of trying. within 10 mins of my athlete working with Coach Jessica she had the footwork. After the 1st workout you could see the change. Coach Jess is Awesome

Its $50/session. Each session lasts 1 hour. I accept cash, check, PayPal, or Cash app
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Begin with a 5 minute assessment of skills followed by breakdowns of skills. I will explain why each one is being done, what it should feel like, and what it should look like.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Played 3 years collegiate softball at NTCC in Mt. Pleasant and Henderson State University. In 4th season as assistant varsity softba coach at John Paul II High School in Plano, TX. I have trained one client to a commitment and letter of intent to PVAMU. Trained another client to be recruited by several select teams and currently plays with Glory. I constantly research to find drills that will work for an array of players.
