- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free service call and system evaluation to The Colony residents. $50 service call and system evaluation for commerical properties or residents outside of The Colony. Fee is waved if hired. Pricing varies on the job. Additional work is $75 an hour. Sprinkler head replacement: $15–$50 per head Valve repairs/replacement: $50–$250 Controller replacement/retrofits: $500 (installation, programing, and evaluate)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What to Expect: Comprehensive System Evaluation: I will perform a thorough inspection of your entire sprinkler system to identify any issues. Controller Setup: I will program your sprinkler controller for optimal watering efficiency. Head & Rotor Adjustment: Fine-tune all sprinkler heads and rotors for proper coverage, eliminating dry spots and over-watered areas. You'll receive a detailed estimate for any necessary repairs. I will not begin working on repairs untill the job is approved by the homeowners.
