Chad really saved the day for us. My insurance adjuster told me to get a mold inspection asap. Chad with ASAP Inspection Group came out that day, even though it was after hours. He showed up around 6pm and was there until well after 8pm. We got the results of the tests very quickly and Chad sent a detailed explanation to us with the results. I highly recommend ASAP Inspection Group and will definitely use them again in the future.

Great customer service, very helpful and professional! My only complaint is that they did not look at my A/C unit which was not visible, but I wish they had informed me so I could get someone out there. They did an excellent job otherwise, and I still gave them a 5 for being so pleasant to deal with. Chad was also quite knowledgeable and very friendly.

Chad is a very personable, service-oriented businessman that will continue to be very successful due to his attitude, integrity and skills. His conduct exemplifies professionalism, honesty and dedication. He doesn't take his clients for granted, nor does he attempt to belittle them by talking above their knowledge base. He 'goes the extra mile' and takes whatever time is necessary to make certain your questions are answered. I hired him to do a mold-related project and spoke to him by phone 2 or 3 times before he ever came out. He is very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and patient. He explained the entire process in detail and the costs [inspection fee and labs (optional)] prior to coming. There were no surprise or hidden charges. He arrived promptly at our appointed time and did the initial inspection. He was pleasant, very thorough, discussed his findings with us and made recommendations/suggestions. After educating us further and explaining various options, he took samples for the lab. This process was repeated twice and a report was then issued summarizing and interpreting the lab work. Overall, I felt he did an excellent job. He was resourceful, responsive, and exceeded my expectations.
I wish him all the best, will use him exclusively, and will recommend him at every opportunity.

Chad performed an excellent inspection and explained in detail his findings and recommendations for the property. In addition, he advised on safety pre-cautions we could take to the ensure a safe environment for our kids. A professional summary with pictures were provided in our inspection report. We highly recommend chad!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. All of our Inspectors must have CE classes completed in order to maintain their licenses under TREC rules.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in the construction field. My Father has owned his own electric company since I was a small child. I went to work with him at a young age and learned first hand what to look for, safety issues, construction practices etc. I dabbled in a lot of different types of work throughout my life, even a restaurant general manager. Ultimately, I wanted to provide my years of knowledge in a field that would benefit others in their home or business purchases.
