- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $100 service call fee that is waived if I am hired to complete your project. All projects are priced on a per case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the project and expectations. A site visit is conducted and a plan of action is formed. We agree on a price and timeframe for completion. I execute the work and verify its correct operation and aesthetics. I confirm the customer is pleased with the outcome. Lastly clean up and thank them for their business!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AAS in Electrical Power and Controls from Texas State Technical College, an OSHA 30 Hour Certification and various smaller professional certifications.
