Flat Rate Value Pricing: Monthly Bookkeeping Services Starter: ($300 - $1,000)_(1-3) Bank/CC accounts, 50-300 transactions, payroll - including 3rd party & financial reporting. Growth: ($1,001 - $ 2,000)_(3-5) Bank/CC accounts, 300-600 transactions, payroll - including 3rd party, invoices, bills, integrations (POS) & financial reporting. Developed: ($2,001 - $3,000)_ (5+) Bank/CC accounts, 600+ transactions, payroll - including 3rd party, invoices, bills, integrations (POS), inventory, sales taxes & financial reporting. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the onboarding process we go through a rigorous process of determining what current systems are working vs not working and purpose immediate changes for the betterment of the business. Subsequently, we add the "SC4B" method of bookkeeping and ensure that the proper procedure are being follow, as well as making sure that the proper reports are getting in the hands of the ultimate decision makers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a QB Pro Advisor who also happens to be an analytical senior Accountant/Controller with over 20+ years of experience in overseeing various accounting and financial management functions with high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Highly competent in preparing and reviewing financial transactions through statements and budgets to ensure the organization achieves financial goals. In addition, I am a graduate of Capella University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting.
