Ms. Samina the receptionist is very courteous Mr. Sergio and Mr Roe are very professional , punctual , clean up after work , no mess , use the shoes plastic cover , a 2 thumbs up , I think I would use them again in future for any plumbing issues and recommend this company to the others .

I would 1000% recommend Loyalty Plumbing. The plumbers are friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything to you and show you with their cameras before and after. They fix our issue with our plumbing and we are very pleased.

I started and completed most of the work, but soon realized I was out of my DIY element. So, I contacted Loyalty Plumbing. A little pricey, but they responded to my emergency within an hour and was done in a half hour. Professional and so far no issues with the work.

So my pump went out in my sewer tank on Saturday morning..I called Loyalty Plumbing and they sent Aldo out that day..he knew exactly what the problem was, he made it so we could still use our restroom and promised to be there 1st thing Monday morning..they got there Monday morning and started working. My pump was bigger than they originally thought and so another had to be found,ordered and brought out..they had everything finished yesterday evening. The 2 gentlemen that came to install the pump were great as well..everyone I have been in contact with for Loyalty Plumbing has been remarkably,helpful and they even worked until 730pm last night..thanks Aldo..everything you have told me from day 1 has been spot on..timely and efficient!! Thanks again Loyalty Plumbing!! Happy customer here!
