So my pump went out in my sewer tank on Saturday morning..I called Loyalty Plumbing and they sent Aldo out that day..he knew exactly what the problem was, he made it so we could still use our restroom and promised to be there 1st thing Monday morning..they got there Monday morning and started working. My pump was bigger than they originally thought and so another had to be found,ordered and brought out..they had everything finished yesterday evening. The 2 gentlemen that came to install the pump were great as well..everyone I have been in contact with for Loyalty Plumbing has been remarkably,helpful and they even worked until 730pm last night..thanks Aldo..everything you have told me from day 1 has been spot on..timely and efficient!! Thanks again Loyalty Plumbing!! Happy customer here!

Ms. Samina the receptionist is very courteous Mr. Sergio and Mr Roe are very professional , punctual , clean up after work , no mess , use the shoes plastic cover , a 2 thumbs up , I think I would use them again in future for any plumbing issues and recommend this company to the others .

Aldo G. From Loyalty was amazing! He came to my home to assess the reason my hot water heater was not working and described all the pros and cons of repairing my 20 yrs old heater vs. getting a new one. He even called my son (who offered to pay the bill for me) to explain my options in detail before we agreed to get a new heater . I was thrilled that I could have the brand new heater installed that same afternoon! Dustin, Aldo's assistant, was at my house soon afterwards to help finish with the installation! Voila!
