We are licensed plumbers that love to provide a service that benifts the nation making sure that your home-family and comunnity are safe from cross connictions that cause contaminated water, keeping sewage flowing, natural gas leaks and many other things.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building trust is the main thing. Letting our customer know we are here to help them not rip them off. And back it up with a super quality work at a great price at a great price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
So it takes 4 yrs to obtain a journeyman license and another 4 to get ur master license. First you will be an apprentice for 2 years making no money and working your but off to prove yourself. Then you go take written and hands on testing with state board of plumbing to move up to tradesman and another 2yrs with another test to get journeyman then 4 more yrs to master.
