FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Solomon Bath Remodeling, I wanted to create a model that wasn't necessarily the cheapest in the game (which could be a major red flag), and also wasn't the most expensive in the game. We feel we bring the best of both worlds together: quality and price. The expression "too good to be true" does hold weight, as I've experienced that first hand, hiring a very cheaply priced contractor. I learned why they were so cheap. With that said, we offer different discounts for different situations. Contact us now to get a FREE quote! God bless you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The ideal scenario is to get an understanding of the project, prior to going out to the customer's house. If the customer is willing and able, understanding their budget can help in designing their project because we would hate to design a dream project, only to shatter their dreams with realistic price scenarios. In the same breath, some customers also need re-educated as to what is available for X amount, and what is to be expected. Then the next best step would be to meet at the customer's home to observe and examine their space in question. There, we can discuss the process, product and people involved in the project. From that, we can put together an affordable pricing package. Then it is up to the customer if they'd like to pursue their project with us! God bless you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the founder and owner of Solomon Bath Remodeling, I have over 10 years experience in home remodeling, from interior doors to kitchens to bathrooms. I've taken the A+ customer service I've shown over years, mixed with very reputable relationship building, and I combine that with installation professionals that are EXPERTS at what they do! Unrelated, I have a management degree from the University of Pennsylvania State (PSU). God bless you!
