Daniel called ahead of time to confirm arrival time. Arrived right on time, hell of a guy easy to talk to, came in showed him what rooms I needed cleaned and he went straight to work. He explained the cleaning process an even passed me a couple tips to maintain a clean carpet. The work done was excellent all stains were removed in a timely manner with out damaging anything, overall very pleased with the service therefore I will be using his carpet cleaning service again in 6 months as suggested.
