- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We let the customer know the price before doing any of the work. If you dont agree on it, then we dont do it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The tech will come in and evaluate the areas first. Then he will let the customer know if there is any potential problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians stay up to date with the latest training and certifications by the IICRC.
