- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do average most of our services by the guest number. We range from $6 per person to as much as $100 person. This highly depends upon what services they are requesting and for how many meals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first find out all details pertaining to the clients event. Where is event? What time? What type of event? Do you need waiters? What type of food would you like? What is your budget? This allows us to work a plan to fit the clients exact needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive training in kitchen prep and cooking as well as hospitality services. We have over 25 years of experience with customer satisfaction and fine dining.
