I am incredibly impressed with the service I received from Michael regarding a frustrating issue with my laptop. I brought the laptop in, and Michael handled the diagnosis with remarkable speed and precision. Unlike others who might immediately jump to the most expensive repair, Michael took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem. Michael quickly determined that the issue was not the main display panel or the video output, but a much more specific fault: the monitor’s backlight had failed. This is a subtle and often misdiagnosed problem, as the screen appears completely dead when, in fact, the image is still being displayed, just without illumination.
