This experience was amazing. The quote for work from Perez was the only one i needed, I knew it was a great value. Their work is true craftsmanship in concrete. They removed an old wood patio, rock sitting garden and installed a beautiful stamped concrete patio, all under three days. I can truly he loves what he does! I highly recommend this professional to anyone in need of a new patio.

Perez was responsive from the start, gave a quick estimate and then came on site to verify. Was priced very reasonably, and they did quality work. I got a 14.5x12 ft concrete pad to extend my current patio, work was completed in one day. The extension is flush with my previous concrete. They laid down plywood and planks to protect my grass and sidewalk while they transported tools and materials into my yard. Would recommend.

Gerardo did an amazing job. He removed my original concrete patio and laid a much larger patio. He also installed irrigation in my back yard to help standing water. He and his crew were amazing. I will hire him again for additional jobs. I’m very pleased.
