- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, depends on the severity and cost of parts if needed. I charge a little more for systems with viruses, and iOS or MAC. I say i am very competitive in my pricing unlike some big box stores.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Build a rapport with the customer , find out some history on the computer or issue. Gather information on the subject before i proceed to troubleshoot the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 30 years in computer sales and troubleshooting, multiple platforms and small to large corporations. I have MCP, HP and Dell trained on many other brands.
