- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of competitive market pricing. We offer discounts for senior citizens, military, first responders and teachers. We price shop other companies to give you a fair price. With having the experience of working for a corporate plumbing company I am aimed to give you the RIGHT price. NO ESTIMATES BY PHONE. PLEASE, SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clearly communicated diagnosis. Options to repair the problem that make sense for YOU. ***ALL drain unclogging are checked, at no additional charge, with a sewer camera to insure that the line is clear and that there are no serious underlying issues with the sewer piping system.***
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done plumbing for over 20 years. My father owned and operated a plumbing company for over 20 years. I have over 6 years of experience working with a reputable nation wide plumbing company. Ive developed a lot of professional working relationships in multiple industries. I hold a journeyman’s plumbing license.
