- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Chimney Sweep/Inspection: $89. If Chimney cap is needed: 13x13- $100 (off the truck, same day) 13x17- $100 (off the truck, same day) Rounded Chimney Cap: $300 (Special Order cap) Dryer Vent Cleaning: $75- Free replacement Duct Unless whole duct is required. If required- $15 MISC parts: Ranging from $10 to $30 (If needed) Critter Guards- $15 Off the Truck. Before any extra MISC parts are needed. I always mention it to the customer first. To see if they want them. Airduct Cleaning: $129 for the first 10. $10 each additional Duct. !NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR MOLD REMEDIATION! !NO UP CHARGES ON ANYTHING! What we agree on, is the price. We also don't charge per unit. Rather you have 1,2,3 or even 4 units. The price would still be $129 for the first 10 and $10 each additional. Offer Same Trip Discounts. Prices maybe negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure to explain my process of what every Job I'm doing. I never leave a Customer wondering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No Education on my work. But my Dad has been doing it since 1999. An my first year, I would basically live at his house Bastrop so he could train and teach me. Now on my own here in the Houston Area
