He was quick, professional, and very pleasant. Fixed broken spring on a two car metal garagedoor. Simple and reasonable pricing policy. If you have any garagedoorrepair issue, this is your guy.

Robert did an awesome job. I managed to drive into my garagedoor and bent it pretty bad :D I wanted to get this done as affordably as possible and asked if we could keep the panel that was intacct and Robert told me it was no problem, fixed only what was needed and door works perfectly. Had gotten a second quote and they insisted that it had to be a full door replacement. Will absolutely use again!

Had a great experience with Robert. Quick to respond, quick work and a fair price for his work. Our torquemaster-style spring had broken and Robert swapped it out with the superior old-style torsion spring. Would have no problem recommending them to family and friends.

I had a great experience with strongman garagedoors! He communicated with me ahead of time and let me know he would be arriving earlier than originally scheduled. I wasn’t home yet, and he patiently waited for me to get back without any issues. Once I arrived, he worked quickly and efficiently while being very respectful of my home and property. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. Before leaving, he also gave me a complete walkthrough of the garagedoor opener and explained how everything worked.
I really appreciate the professionalism, patience, and quality of service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing garagedoor services!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the difficulty of the job...not the duration. Replacing wheels or resetting cables is much easier and safer than adjusting or replacing the torsion spring. We want to build long term relationships with clients as well as provide top notch support so they recommend us to their friends and family.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to show up at the home looking professional, being friendly in our conversation, as well as give accurate price quotes and make sure the customer knows when we are finished, their problem is fully resolved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully training by the Arizona garage door training school which was a 4 week intensive training school in which I received a certification of completion. There is no "garage door license" available in the State Of Texas
