There aren't enough stars or qualities listed to do this company justice. Every aspect of the process was seamless and exceptional. Brandon responded to my request for an estimate to repair a roof leak within an hour. He sent a crew and personally came to inspect the roof. It had to be replaced; no question. A long crack in the stucco was evident, and he worked that repair into the quote. The quote was very thorough and addressed everything he proposed. My brother who does remodeling was impressed. The estimate was reasonable. Southern caulked the damaged roof until weather permitted replacement. He arranged everything to work with my schedule. Brandon inspected the work throughout and held his employees to a high standard. Southern isn't just a roofing company. They aren't trying to find problems to make more money. I had concerns about a TPO flooring on the deck, and Brandon gave me his professional opinion. I can't overestimate Brandon's integrity. This company is a rare gem in this day and time. I would hire them again for any structural issues, and I highly recommend them. It's a pleasure to write a glowing review; they earned it!

Good work on the construction, good communication for the project, and did their best to keep the timeline.
They were swift to respond to issues I had when I brought them up directly with their office and were prompt to resolve them.

We had a decision to make between moving out of the home and location we love or completely remodeling. After meeting with Jordan and the SQC team, we went all-in on a major renovation that included a new roof, new upper-story surround deck that connected our garage apartment to the house, complete primary room and primary bathroomremodel, closet remodel, complete whole-home water pipe replacement with plex and on-demand hot water heater, a brand new upper story office suite for my home office, custom indoor railing & stairs, outdoor kitchen, railing and new outdoor fence, new paint, flooring, Alexa-controlled lighting throughout the house and more. We evaluated individual providers who did offer cheaper delivery for some of the specific point solutions we needed but the level of quality wasn't anywhere close to what SQC could provide atop of the fact that SQC is one of the only providers who would handle the entire project. They killed it!
The whole process was managed well, pricing was very transparent, and it wasn't terribly lengthy. SQC has its own dedicated resources so there wasn't competition between our project and others, and they have relationships with very high quality SMEs and resources for turn-key services.
They also provided initial design services, decorating recommendations, 3D renderings and pairings of colors, styles, etc that weren't even on our list. I could not have been happier with the outcome and we're looking forward to the kitchen remodel! Happy for anyone to reach out directly for a reference.
Southern Quality did such a great job on my siding repair. They were very quick to respond and very competitive cost. Would definitely use them again and highly recommended.

We love to meet directly with our customer hear and hear goals for their project. We provide a thorough inspection to gather a complete scope of work to make sure the customer does not receive any surprise expenses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our founder, Jordan, has been involved in this industry for 12 years prior to starting our company. Jordan managed over $1B at properties throughout the Houston and Midland area. He wanted to be able to provide Quality finish work and excellent customer service directly to home and business owners so he decided to branch off on his own and start Southern Quality Construction.
