I like to work on a per job basis on most projects but will also work hourly at $65 an hour with a minimum of $130.

Jose did a great job! We had a few different project request and he was able to accommodate our needs! He was able to make my in-laws home more accessible to their shower and bathroom needs by installing grab rails in their tiled shower, change a shower head, add grab rails to the toilet area as well as assemble a large full bunk bed.

Jose is hands down one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with! He did a phenomenal job repairing the holes in the walls left over from the last tenant, painting the interior of the property, installing ceiling fans, light fixtures, doors, and even repairing a back door area after a break-in to start the job. Jose was insightful and accommodating with suggestions. The transformation was truly unbelievable. A potential tenant was anxious to see the property and stopped by after Jose was done but before the cleaners could clean and absolutely loved it. Told her agent to draw up the lease, that day! Jose is now our go to handyman for all our properties—I highly recommend him! I will say it again. I highly recommend him! For clarity, if the wife loves the transformation, you know it’s unbelievable! She kept speaking about it cooking dinner and while eating dinner on how she loves the way it looks now! Great work Jose and we will be calling again in about a month from now as we discussed sir! Way to go Lobos Mechanical LLC!
