I can’t recommend PMZ enough! They went above and beyond to help my friend’s mom, who was traveling with a broken wrist and needed assistance getting her luggage from baggage claim. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they got back to me quickly, offered a very fair price, and kept me updated when she was picked up and safely dropped off. It was such a relief knowing she was in good hands. Professional, kind, reliable, and truly compassionate service. I would absolutely use PMZ again and highly recommend them to anyone needing dependable chauffeur service.

I used PMZ Transportation to take my son and his friends to prom. I’m so appreciative of how very helpful Patric was in making it a memorable night. The car is clean and looks great in person. He was professional, timely, helped in getting the pictures and videos they wanted, he got them there earlier than expected and confirmed when they were dropped off. Pushy and argumentative about the cost of the UberSUV. I was being honest with the price I saw but he was arguing with me and asking for proof. Please be kind to people who are just comparing quotes from different places.

Hi Muns, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I really appreciate it. I believe there may have been a bit of confusion regarding the quote. The rate I shared was specifically for SUV/Chauffeur services. Similar to an UBER Black SUV which is a luxury service and is priced higher than Uber X, Uber Comfort, Uber XL, Uber XXL. The comparison you referenced appears to be for those services I mentioned above, which is a different category then I was quoting. My pricing is always based on Chauffeur service and is typically slightly lower than Uber’s Black SUV rates. As a professional chauffeur, I take pride in being upfront, honest, and providing high-quality service—my reviews reflect that commitment. I’m sorry this may have been lost in translation. I do wish we had connected by phone at the time of the quote, as I believe a quick conversation would have helped clarify everything right away.
