- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and we offer discounts to first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak directly with them to explain my process. Try to do a walk through and if not have them send me pictures of items being moved. Communicate with them up until the guys arrive Let them know everything upfront including cost as well as payment options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been moving people for well over 15 years. I have helped connect people with great moving companies for the last 4 years. I have owned my company for over a year now.
