I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing with errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or cause funding conditions delaying everything. I do my very best to miss any dates, initials, or signatures. I understand the importance of getting Docs in Fedex the same day. I always ensure dates are correct on the notice of right to cancel and I know to have the borrower initial any corrections. I can print Docs, I have a dual tray printer, or if you prefer I can pick them up. I will walk your borrowers through all of the important documents: the closing statement, note, the deed and CD. I am an extension of you and I am completely aware of that fact and I will represent you amazingly.
