- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Each session is tailored to your needs, and you'll receive a full breakdown before booking. I occasionally offer seasonal discounts or mini session specials, which I announce on my social media pages. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the standard service area, but I'll always let you know in advance. Custom packages are also available for events or multiple sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a quick consultation—either by phone, email, or message—to understand your vision, goals, and preferences. From there, I’ll recommend a session type and share available dates, pricing, and package options. Once we confirm the details, I’ll send over a contract and deposit info to lock in your session. Before the shoot, I provide tips on what to expect and how to prepare. During the session, I focus on keeping things relaxed and natural so you feel confident and comfortable. Afterward, you’ll receive a gallery of fully edited images, typically within 1–2 weeks, depending on the session type.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art with a focus on photography, and over 8 years of hands-on experience working in professional photography, videography, and media production. I've also managed digital content and visual branding for businesses across multiple industries. In addition to my formal education, I continually invest in workshops, certifications, and fieldwork to sharpen my skills and stay current with industry trends and tools.
