- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation and a free inspection. We come out, walk around your home, and explain exactly what we're seeing in plain language. From there, we put together a detailed proposal so you know what to expect before anything starts. Once we're working, we keep you in the loop the whole way through and make sure everything is cleaned up before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team goes through ongoing training in exterior restoration, installation best practices, product knowledge, and safety. As part of the Storm Guard family, we stay current on building codes, manufacturer guidelines, and what's happening in the industry so we can do the job right every time.
