- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing stated on our page are always negotiable. We offer senior discounts, militarily discounts and first responders discounts. The only fees we add to our pricing is a 3.3% processing fee for all electronic payments
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love communication. Most of the time we're able to give quotes over the phone but the best practice we take is making home visit so we can personally see what the issue is and give our clients the possible solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're back with roughly 10 years of glass and window services for both residential and commercial
