- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair pricing across the board. I need to provide for my family and understand other families are often on a budget so I try to provide the best pricing for both parties. I regularly give frequent client discounts. The more opportunities you give me to serve you, the better pricing I give.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conversation and relationship building are my start point. I like to visit and establish the clients wants and needs. I try my best to help accomplish both.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve done it my whole life. I love working with my hands and helping people accomplish their goals.
