Introduction: My services are unique in that I prepare whole food, plant based meals and healthy snacks for individuals who want to achieve better health and wellness, transition to a plant based diet, want to lose weight long term through a change in lifestyle or for a variety of other reasons and purposes. I refrain from using oil, sugar, processed ingredients and typically avoid adding any salt to my meals. I take pride in making food that is good for you taste good too! I love the challenge of creating new dishes that are whole food and plant based. I enjoy sharing my love and passion for healthy, delicious food.
