hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, which I obtained in 2017. In addition, I am an IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) Certified Health Coach and recently NBC-HWC. For the past year and a half, I have been working with individuals who have diabetes, prediabetes, are overweight, or are considered obese. My goal is to help people who are looking to change or improve their lifestyle habits and get their health to a better place.
