Jeff thoroughly inspected a house built in 1920. He arrived before my husband and I and don't waste time while waiting: he inspected the necessary on the outside and pointed out some deficiencies and recent upgrades or repairs done well. He answered all our questions before, during, and after the scheduled inspection and always responded quickly. His knowledge and professionalism were conveyed through his written and verbal reportings. I'd definitely hire him again if needed and highly recommend his services.

Mr. Normandin is a very good inspector. He is very thorough and goes over in detail everything he encounters. He is on time and provides a copy of the inspection with pictures. His prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him to do your inspection. I will use him again.
