What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Negotiable. Fees vary per kind of project. ASK me for pricing and plans. My resume charges are fixed and you will get the very best there is! I may ask you or quote you a little higher (or lower) than most - I am WORTH IT. My manuscript prices are quoted per project OR per hour. I do require a deposit on hire via Zelle or Paypal before commencing ALL work. I love helping you! Creativity and the ability to use the written word is a cultivated and inborn gift that is never taken lightly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I review your needs carefully as well as your work, and give you an honest appraisal. I need to see what you need and where your strengths are. I can help you. 2. My fee is payable as a deposit and payment plan on hire via Zelle or Paypal. You will receive a written contract should you want one! (This is for our mutual protection!) 3. Resume prices are set. Fees for manuscripts other than resumes are based upon what you need help with. I am not an ogre. I am easy to communicate with and a straight shooter. I do offer discounts to those who need it and have talent. Just ask me!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my first degree at age 13 before I had started high school. At this time I hold several others including an MA in Performing and Creative Arts and I am a licensed therapist with an MS degree in Psychiatry and Human Behavior. I have never stopped learning and I love what I do. I go more than the extra mile for my clients.
