Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, equipment needs, and complexity of the repair or service. We provide clear recommendations and upfront pricing, and we always get your approval before any work begins—no hidden fees. We proudly offer a 10% Heroes Appreciation Discount on qualifying repairs for teachers, military personnel, doctors, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, police officers, firefighters, and dispatchers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your concerns and understanding your HVAC needs. Our technician will evaluate the system, explain the findings, and provide options with upfront pricing before work begins. Once approved, we complete the work professionally, keep you informed throughout the process, and make sure your system is operating properly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings more than 25 years of combined HVAC experience, with all technicians licensed through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). We stay current with HVAC technology, industry standards, and best practices through ongoing training and hands-on experience.
