- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront competitive pricing to all of our clients. We also off Member agreement discounts as well as Military, First Responder, Veteran and civil service discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with client to ensure there is a clear understanding of the services that we offer. We disclose any fee for diagnosis or maintenance upfront and schedule a time to meet with the homeowner. We follow all safety precautions to protect both the client and the technician.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians all all background checked and drug tested. We ensure they are state registered, EPA certified and in may cases factory trained.
