What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will conduct an initial inspection of the job. Next a bid will be issued. Upon approval of the bid a contract will be signed, and down payment collected. A schedule will be presented, and work will start.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was in the trades. I started helping him during my school breaks, and enjoyed the work.
