Our services are based on clear, upfront agreements—no hidden fees, ever. We do accept credit card payments with a 3% processing fee. Most of our clients prefer direct deposit or checks as the primary payment methods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start by scheduling a time to visit the property and assess the project needs. After the site visit, we provide a detailed proposal. If it aligns with the customer’s budget, we move forward and get them on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees are professionally trained and certified by our roofing system manufacturers to ensure compliance, performance, and durability.
