Great response from start to finish. Clean up was above expectations. We would use them again. Knowledgeable and provided guidance. Trimmed 10 trees and removed 8 trees in a two day period.

First off, I had received multiple quotes on my tree removal project. I was glad I waited for the last pro to come by and quote the job. Roy and I had a meeting at 10 to quote the job at the last minute. He called around 9:30 and said his last appointment ran him late and told me he would be there at 10:30. At 10:30 him and a few members of his crew showed up, exactly as how he communicated.That right there stands for itself on the character of a buissness owner. Roy and I walked to the two tress that needed to be taken down and he quickly informed me exactly how he and his team would tackle the job. After we discussed the details of the job, we were able to agree on the scope of work, pricing and his time frame. He was able to fit my job in the same day at 3:30. His team quickly showed up to work exactly 3:30 and didn’t waste a second to get the job done. They had exactly what they needed and worked as a team to safely bring down the trees. The task at hand concerned me as I had one 12” oak and one 16” oak that was leaning toward the house. They precisely laid every branch, limb and trunk down to a “tee”. These guys WILL be my only call for tree service. I’m ready to have them back to trim all my trees. Don’t waste your time getting other quotes, hire Roy and his team.

We contacted R&S Tree Service requesting a quote to have a huge dead tree taken down, fully expecting not to get a response for a few days. Roy emailed back within 20 minutes. The very next day, Christmas Eve no less!, Roy and his crew were on the property and took down 3 trees that we knew needed to come down, and he found another that was a potential disaster waiting to happen. Service was prompt, prices were more than fair, and good advice was freely offered. R&S Tree Service did a fantastic job and we will certainly be calling them again!

Called on a Saturday afternoon and he was there on Sunday to give a bid. Tree will be trimmed next Tuesday. I consider that to be a great plus in keeping a customer satisfied. They only allow 5 stars but I would give him 6.
